  SALEMBURG - Azeline Tew Sneed, 85, of 109 S. Main St. died Monday, June 14, 2004, at Beverly Healthcare Starmount in Greensboro. She was a Sampson County native and the daughter of the late John Adam Tew Sr. and Irene McKoy Tew. She owned and operated Sneeds Variety Store in Salemburg for many years before retiring. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Salemburg Baptist Church with the Revs. John Adams and Roger White officiating. Burial will follow at Island Creek Baptist Church of Henderson. Surviving is one son, Larry Sneed of Greensboro.
