- EBY, GEORGE the 5th son of Christian Eby and his wife, Elizabeth Mayer, was born December 11th, 1748. and died June 10th, 1800. He was married September 17th, 1769 to Barbara Sensenig who was born Janurary, 1750 and died April 24th, 1787. They resided in Lancaster County , near Lititz, where they had a family of nine children namely: Christian, Samuel, David, George, Joseph, Esther, Anna, Elizabeth, and Susannah. None of this family settled in Canada save Samuel and George.
