No funeral will be held for Liona Cola Behrenz, who died Thursday in a Beaverton Care center. Private burial was in Riverview Cemetery.
Mrs. Behrenz, 83, was born in Portland and had lived in the Portland area for all her life. She retired in 1971 after working for 6 years as a bookkeeper for Quality Pies. Also, she had been a bookkeeper for the former M. Sellers Co. for 30 years.
Mrs. Behrenz, a graduate of Washington High School, was a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church and a past member of the Traffic Club. She also had been a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
Survivors include a brother, Bill, of Beaverton.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Portland Chapter of the American Red Cross.
