Double Wedding Last Evening in Church of Nazarene
In the Church of the Nazarene at 8 o'clock last evening, corner of Fourth street and Avenue J. Rev. M. M. Bussey Officiated at a double wedding which was witness by a large assemblage of friends of the contract parties.
Mr. Enos EBY wedded Miss Ruth SOMMERS and Mr. Titus J. Eby wedded Miss Julia May Brinson.
The ushers were Mr. Reuben Eby and Mr. A.F. Condell.
Preparations for the event by elaborate decorations were in evidence on every hand. The bower was of white creton and the bell of white taffeta. Decorations were white and crimson carnations and the altar flowers brides roses and American Beauties. Mrs. S.G. House, formerly organist of the First church of Maplewood, Mo., played the Mendelssohn Wedding March. p3*GenealogyBank 12/13/2014.

HELEN EBY FAHRINGER
Helen Eby FAHRINGER, 85, widow of the Rev. Lester Fahringer, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2009. She was born in Miami, Fla., November 12, 1923, to Enos and Ruth Sommer EBY and had lived in Richmond for 18 years. Mrs. Fahringer was a homemaker and member of the First Church of the Nazarene.She is survived by: her son, David (Fonda) FAHRINGER of Richmond and her daughter, Ruth (Robert) CONAWAY of Columbus, Ohio; three brothers, Lee EBY of Tennessee, Ray EBY of North Carolina and Frank EBY of Florida; sister, Mildred (Emory) McKEEHAN of Missouri; brother-in-law, Chris GEORGES of Massachuttes; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her sister, Grace GEORGES. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2009, at First Church of the Nazarene with Dr. Art Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Madison Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2009, at Combs, Parsons and Collins Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be!
