  Walter Broughton Notes for ARVILLA M. BROUGHTON: Never Married. Arvilla wrote to her nephew, J. Lewis Fenner... "Grandpa Carl Wix Flower was a minister. He never preached in church much but he used to in some churches preach on Sunday. I just can't remember very much about it but I know he would preach Sunday and always asked the blessing to table. Oh I wish you had got this (family history research) started while our mother (Heater) was alive for she could have helped you so much. She used to tell us so much about Grandpa's people and her mother's people too, but I can't remember much for you know children are not interested in those things." More About ARVILLA M.
