    • Isaac was a deacon in the Mennonite Church. He worked as a carpenter and raised/sold vegetables. He and his family at various times lived in Iowa, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. We know he grew up in Fort Treverton, Snyder County, Pennsylvania. He married his 1st cousin.

      ISAAC M BRUBAKER
      Mrs Hobart W Culp, 421 Baldwin St has received word of the death of her father, Isaac M Brubaker, 75, Wednesday at his home in New Holland, Pa. Death was due to heart trouble. Mr Brubaker's health had failed steadily following a trip to Elkhart last August. His condition became critical after he fell Jan. 28 in the kitchen of his home.
      Mr Brubaker was born Dec 1 1860, in Snyder County, Pa., the son of Abraham and Lydia Brubaker. His first wife, Catherine, whom he married in 1881, died in January, 1929. In December, 1931, he married Anna Sensenig, who survives, in addition to two daughters, Mrs Culp of Elkhart and Mrs Samuel N Martion of East Earl, Pa., Three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He lived five miles south of Elkhart on a truck farm, until May 1920, when he moved to Pennsylvania.
      He was a member of the Mennonite church. Funeral services will be held unday afternoon at the Pike Mennonite church in Pennsylvania.
