An internet search reveals that the Theodore that married Margaret MEUTEN/MENDEN was the one that resided in Menomonee. Further, their daughter Margaret was 10 years younger (this proven by two census records) than our Margaret. Therefore, Theodore and Margaret MENDEN KRIESER "CANNOT" be the father of our Margaret.

REMARKS: Theodore Crizer is proven the father of Maggie Crizer O'Leary per the following:
1888 May 16: wife Maggie died, age 39. Father - Theodore Crizer, Mother - unknown. Maggie born Washington Co. (WI); Husband Thomas O'Leary. Death May 16, 1888. Sparta, Catholic Burial Ground. County Courthouse, Sparta, WI C. DeLong c1990 s256d (so Margaret born 1848/49)
Also, I suspect that mother of Maggie may have died when she was young as name unknown on death registration of Maggie. If it was Thomas that gave this information (and I believe it was), he must not have known her mother. Bud
