  The Lititz Record, Lititz, Pa., Mar. 7, 1935, p. 3: "Obituary Jacob B. Eby Jacob B. Eby, 75, of the Zion Home, north of town, died Saturday morning of complications. His only survivors are distant relatives. Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon in the Hess Mrnnonite church. Interment was in Carpenter's cemetery at Pine Hill. R. M. Spacht was the funeral director."
