    • Mary S. Eby, 93, of 211 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA, passed away Thursday morning at Arbor View at Willow Valley. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter L. and Caroline Zimmerly Weinhold, and wife of the late Ray H. Eby, who passed away in July 1994.

      Mary had lived in the Lancaster area since 1971, moving from Goshen, NY. She had previously lived in Lancaster from 1931 until moving to Goshen in 1945. She received her B.S. in Education from the Millersville State Teachers School in 1936. Mary taught elementary education for 35 years; 10 years in Lancaster and 25 years in Middletown and Monroe, NY. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lancaster, the P.S.E.A. and the New York Retired Teachers Assoc.

      She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Caroline Huber of Lancaster, her brother, Walter S. Weinhold of Ephrata, her niece, Janis Bond and her nephew, Kenneth Huber.

      Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Life Celebration Service from the Orr Auditorium at Willow Valley Manor, 211 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA on Monday at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Charles H. Cummings officiating. A private family graveside service will be held in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Orr Auditorium on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of services. If desired, memorials may be sent in Mary's memory to Hospice of Lancaster County, 685 Good Dr., P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA, 17604-4125. Fred F. Groff Inc. in charge of arrangements.
